Items may only be returned for reasons of damage or defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our offices immediately via email to obtain a return authorization. If you refuse your order or make an unauthorized return, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
All claims of damage, shortage or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of your receipt of the shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Goods that are damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier; however, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please keep all original packing materials for inspection by the carrier’s claims agent if needed. To file a claim, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to correct any error made in our distribution center as long as it is reported within the 7 day window.
